How far above - Whole Number - Algebra problem solver
A mountain is 400 feet high. Near the first mountain there is a second mountain which is 300 feet high. Then how far above is the first mountain than the second ?
first = 400 second = 300
big = max( 400 , 300 ) big = 400 So the big is 400
small = min( 400 , 300 ) small = 300 So the small is 300
how far above = 400 - 300 how far above = 100 So the how far above is 100
Whole number Formulas :
first = first second = second total = total hml = how much longer hmm = how many more hmle = how much less hmla = how much larger hms = how much smaller hmf = how many fewer hmil = how much is left hfa = how far above hfb = how far below hmfu = how much further difference = difference balance = balance big = big small = small
